Employee Assistance
 In many cases employers have contracts with the Alliance for Children and Families and we are the provider in the Allen County area. We can also provide services for companies without national contracts.This service usually includes a previously established number of sessions determined by the employer to complete an assessment, make referrals, if needed, or address the problems through the counseling process. Prospective employers need only call our Intake Department to determine what their next step is to provide top quality services to their employees.
