After Hours Contact

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment after hours or want to leave a message for your individual or group therapist, please call 260- 744-4326 and press “0” on a touch-tone phone or follow the prompts. If you have a life-threatening emergency, please dial 911.

If you believe you have a critical situation and wish to access the therapist on call (this will not be your therapist, and this person will be unable to access your therapist) please press “300”. Speak slowly, and leave your name and phone number. This will generate a page, and the therapist on call will respond to your message. Please do not use this page for anything but emergencies.
